Online Lesson: Cancellation & Refund Policy
オンラインレッスン：キャンセルおよび返金ポリシー
This policy outlines the rules for cancellations, rescheduling, and the settlement of tuition plans (multi-lesson packs) for TinyNesTokyo Online Lessons.
本ポリシーは、TinyNesTokyo オンラインレッスンにおける予約のキャンセル、日時変更、および月謝プラン（複数回パック）の途中解約時の清算に関する規定を定めています。
1. Rescheduling and Cancellations (Single & Package)
レッスン予約のキャンセル・日時変更について
Please notify us within the following timeframes for any changes to your scheduled lessons.
レッスン予約の変更・キャンセルを希望される場合は、以下の期限に基づきご連絡をお願いいたします。

- Rescheduling Limit / 変更回数の制限:
- Rescheduling is limited to once per booking. If a second change is requested for the same lesson, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the full fee will apply.
- 日時変更は、1回の予約につき1回までとさせていただきます。同一の予約に対して2回目の変更依頼があった場合は、キャンセル扱いとなりレッスン料金の全額が発生します。
2. Early Termination of Multi-Lesson Plans
月謝プラン（複数回パック）の途中解約と清算
In accordance with Japanese Law (Specified Commercial Transactions Act), refunds for early termination of multi-lesson plans will be calculated as follows:
月謝プランを途中で解約される場合、特定商取引法に基づき、以下の計算方法にて清算・返金いたします。
① Re-calculation of Lessons Taken / 既提供分の再計算
Used lessons will be re-calculated at the standard rate of 3,900 JPY per lesson (before any package discounts).
既に受講したレッスンは、割引適用前の**通常単価（3,900円/回）**で再計算します。

② Cancellation Fee (Administrative Fee) / 解約料（事務手数料）
An administrative fee will be deducted from the remaining balance. This fee is the lower of the two following amounts:
未消化分に対し、以下のいずれか低い方の額を事務手数料として控除します。
- 50,000 JPY
- 20% of the remaining (unused) lesson balance / 未消化のレッスン総額の20%
③ Refund Process / 返金手続き
The refund will be the remaining balance after deducting the “Used Value” and the “Cancellation Fee” from your total payment.
お支払い総額から「既提供分の対価」と「解約料」を差し引いた残額をご返金いたします。
3. Special Provisions and Additional Claims
清算時の不足額の扱いと特例
- Additional Claims / 不足額の請求:If the total paid is less than the sum of the used value and the cancellation fee, the difference will be billed to the customer.清算の結果、支払総額が不足する場合は、差額を追加でご請求させていただきます。
- Goodwill Exception (Final Lessons) / 最終盤の特例:If a cancellation occurs during the final 1–2 lessons of a plan and the calculated balance slightly exceeds the total paid, we may waive the additional claim to prioritize our relationship of trust. In this case, no refund or additional payment will occur.プランの最終盤での解約により、清算額がわずかに支払額を上回る際は、信頼関係を優先し追加請求を行わない場合があります（相殺清算）。
4. Transaction Fees
手数料の負担
All fees related to refunds or transfers (bank fees, platform fees, etc.) are to be covered by the customer.
返金や送金にかかる諸手数料（振込手数料等）は、お客様のご負担となります。
