1. Payment Methods & Schedule
お支払い方法とスケジュール
To ensure your child’s placement, please follow the payment schedule below.
お子様の受け入れ枠を確実に確保するため、以下のスケジュールに沿ってお手続きをお願いいたします。
- Payment Method / お支払い方法:
- Wise Transfer (Bank Transfer) / Wise送金（銀行振込）
- Note: Please ensure the transfer fee is covered by the sender so the full amount is received. / 備考：送金手数料はお客様負担にてお願いいたします。
- Step 1: Application Fee (Booking Confirmation) / お申込金（正式申込）
- Please pay the application fee within one week of your application. Your booking is formally secured only after this payment is confirmed.
- お申し込み後、1週間以内にお支払いください。この入金をもって正式な予約確定となります。
- Step 2: Initial Placement Fee / 初期受け入れ準備費用
- A portion of the application fee is designated as a non-refundable Initial Placement Fee. This covers administrative costs and is not refundable in case of cancellation.
- お申込金の一部は「初期受け入れ準備費用」として充当されます。この費用は、キャンセル時も返金されませんのでご了承ください。
- Step 3: Final Balance / 残額のお支払い
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one month prior to the departure date.
- 残額はご出発の1ヶ月前までにお支払いください。
2. Cancellation Policy
キャンセルポリシー
Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the base fee based on the date notice is received.
キャンセル料は、通知をいただいた日にちに応じて、基本料金に対する割合で算出されます。

3. Important Requirements
重要事項（必ずご確認ください）
- Overseas Travel Insurance / 海外旅行保険への加入
- Mandatory: All students must purchase comprehensive insurance before arrival. The host shall not be held liable for any damages or expenses incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.
- 必須： 万一のトラブルに備え、必ず海外旅行保険にご加入ください。保険未加入による損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。
- Required Documents / 必須提出書類
- Please submit a copy of the passport, insurance certificate, and full flight schedule (arrival/departure) via email before arrival.
- 来日前に、パスポートのコピー、保険加入証、フライトスケジュール（到着・出発便）をメール等でご提出ください。
- No Refund Policy for External Factors / 返金不可の事由
- Refunds will not be issued for delays or shortened stays caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, health issues, or personal travel changes after the stay has begun.
- 天候不良、体調不良、個人的な事情による到着遅延や、滞在開始後のお客様都合による日程短縮については、返金致しかねます。
