1. How to Get Started / ご利用の流れ

  1. Book Your Trial Lesson / Trialの予約
    • First, please book a 30-minute Trial Lesson (1,200 JPY). We will conduct an interview, determine your level, and provide a 5–10 minute demo lesson. It is essential to check the compatibility with the teacher before officially signing up.
    • まずはTrialの予約をしてください。30分1,200円です。インタビューやレベル判定、5〜10分のデモレッスンを行います。教師との相性も大切ですので、必ず最初にTrial Lessonの申し込みが必要です。
  2. Personalized Curriculum / カリキュラムの作成
    • We will create and send a personalized curriculum based on your goals and current level. The curriculum can be adjusted to meet your specific requests.
    • レベルと目標目的から、カリキュラムを作成し、お送りいたします。カリキュラムはご希望に合わせて作り直しが可能です。
  3. Reserve Your Lesson / レッスンの予約
    • Please reserve your lesson for your preferred date and time.
    • ご希望の日時でレッスンをご予約ください。
  4. Secure Payment / お支払い
    • We will send you a payment URL. Please complete the payment before the lesson begins.
    • お支払い用URLを送りますので、レッスン開始前までにお支払いください。
  5. Ready for Class! / レッスン当日
    • We will send the Google Meet URL before class. If using a smartphone or tablet, a Google account is required.
    • レッスンの前までにGoogle MeetのURLを送ります。スマホやタブレットで使う場合、Googleアカウントが必要です。

2. Payment Methods / お支払い方法

  • Wise Transfer / Wise送金: Recommended for monthly plans to take advantage of package discounts.
  • Wise送金： パッケージ割引が適用される月謝プランをご利用の方に推奨しています。
  • Online Ticket Shop / オンラインチケットショップ: You can purchase lessons directly from our online shop. This is convenient for Trial or Single Lessons. Please note that package discounts do not apply here.
  • オンラインチケットショップ： ショップから直接チケットを購入いただけます。トライアルや1回ずつの購入に便利ですが、月謝割引は適用されませんのでご注意ください。

Fees / 料金:

  • Trial Lesson / 体験レッスン: 1,200 JPY (30 min)
  • Standard Rate / 通常単価: 3,900 JPY per lesson (50 min)
  • Monthly Discounts / 月謝割引: 3–6 lessons (5% off), 7–9 (10% off), 10–12 (15% off).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling / キャンセルと日時変更

  • Rescheduling Limit / 変更回数の制限: Rescheduling is limited to once per booking.
  • 変更制限： 日時変更は、1回の予約につき1回までとさせていただきます。

4. Refund Policy for Plan Termination / 途中解約の返金規定

If you terminate a multi-lesson plan early, we will refund the balance based on the following:

月謝プランを途中で解約される場合、以下の計算に基づき返金いたします。

  1. Used Lessons / 既受講分: Re-calculated at the standard rate (3,900 JPY).既に受講した分は、**通常単価（3,900円）**で再計算します。
  2. Cancellation Fee / 解約料: The lower of 50,000 JPY or 20% of the unused balance.未消化分の20%（または5万円の低い方）を事務手数料として控除します。
  3. Transaction Fees / 諸手数料: All transfer fees are covered by the customer.返金・送金にかかる手数料はお客様負担となります。

5. Other Important Notes / その他重要事項

  • Learning Materials / 教材: We use various textbooks such as “Irodori” or “Minna no Nihongo”. If you have a specific request, please let us know during the Trial.
  • 使用テキスト： 「いろどり」や「みんなの日本語」などを使用します。ご希望のテキストがあればTRIALの時にお申し出ください。
  • Validity / 繰り越し: If you cannot use all your monthly lessons due to our schedule, one lesson can be carried over to the next month.
  • 繰り越し： 当方の理由で月内に消化できなかった場合、1回分に限り翌月へ持ち越し可能です。
